MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Montague has developed a community electricity buying program for residents and businesses, using collective buying power to secure long-term stable electricity supply prices. Before launching the program, the Town must develop an Aggregation Plan and submit it to state regulators for review and approval, now available to the public for comment.
