ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Erving’s planned Evergreen Circle housing project is getting closer to construction.
The 26-unit development behind the Senior and Community Center would include 18 apartments for seniors and eight multigenerational units. Infrastructure plans for water, sewer, electricity and a new pump station could go out to bid this fall if the Selectboard signs off.
The roughly 17-million-dollar project is still working to close a funding gap of about 650-thousand dollars.
