ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The affordable housing complex proposed for Erving is preparing to go out to bid. The Selectboard will review design plans next week and if they approve, the project goes to bid this fall and construction may begin in the spring. The project seeks to build 18 senior and 8 multigenerational housing units.
