ERVING, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Town of Erving is making another attempt at the development of the former International Paper Mill. A Request for Proposals is expected to be released this week after two previous RFPs received no interest since the town took ownership of the property in 2014. The town is working with the Franklin Regional Council of Governments and MassDevelopment to update the proposal.
