ATHOL, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — Extensive water damage in the York Building on Main Street in Athol has led an engineer’s assessment to conclude that the building should be demolished before winter. The York Building is connected to the York Theater, so the front of both may need to come down.
