GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Greenfield Zoning Board of Appeals has approved signs for the proposed new Dollar Tree location, in the former Rite Aid at 107 Main Street. The signs will be smaller than requested, with letters no more than 24 inches tall, after the originally proposed sign size was amended down for being more than twice what is allowed by right.
