MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Special Election to vote on the proposed new Franklin County Technical School building is coming on Monday, October 6th. The polls will open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. across all 19 member district towns. The towns in Franklin County not in the district agreement, and thus not participating in the election on October 6th are Ashfield, Charlemont, Hawley, Leverett, Monroe, Rowe, and Shutesbury.
