EASTHAMPTON, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — The Northwestern District Attorney’s Office has identified the passenger who died in a single vehicle accident in Easthampton early Friday morning as 21 year-old Lexani Velazquez of Westfield. The operator and other passenger in the vehicle were transported to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield for evaluation and treatment.
