MONTAGUE, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A new building for the Franklin County Technical School has been approved by voters in the 19 member district towns in Tuesday’s election. The school will cost $236.6 million and funding from the Massachusetts School Building Authority will reimburse the towns for approximately 50% of the eligible costs.
