Jeffrey Lucy and Rita Farrell will face off Saturday in a race for a three-year selectboard seat being vacated by Elaine Puleo. Polls will be open from 8 to 2 Saturday at Shutesbury Town Hall. Annual Town Meeting begins at 9am that same day.\
