(Boston, MA) Today is Step One of Phase Three of the Four Phase reopening plan for Massachusetts. While some businesses have to wait to Phase Four, movie theatres, casinos, professional sports teams, fitness centers and gyms, museums, historical sites, outdoor performances, and some indoor recreational facilities can resume operations. Professional Sporting Events will be conducted without spectators, and bars and nightclubs are still set to open in Phase Four.
