(Whately, MA) — Police officers in the town of Whately will soon be equipped with body cameras. The Whately Selectboard has signed off on Police Chief Jim Sevigne’s plan to purchase the cameras and related equipment with leftover officer training funds approved last year. The total cost to buy the three cameras is $3,500.
