Amherst Dog Park Project Breaks Ground

(Amherst, MA) — Ground has officially been broken on Amherst’s new dog park. Town officials Wednesday officially launched the project to build the new park on a capped landfill site on Old Belchertown Road. The facility is expected to be ready for use by fall of 2021.

Borregales, who was born in Venezuela and came with his family to south Florida as a one-year-old, was told of the food insecurity issues in one of farther reaches of Patriots Nation: Franklin County.

An opportunity was put forth to hold a turkey distribution event in Turners Falls, and Borregales’ response came quickly: “Let’s do this”.
