Narrative: RP advises that sometime over the weekend, the tomb in Central Cemetery was spray painted. The same color pain
appears in graffiti at the dugout and the Little League Park.Vandalism, Officer responded to investigate vandalism on the wall of cemetery.

ILLEGAL DUMPING   Investigated

Narrative: RP reports a white Subaru pulled up next to his trash can and dragged it up the street and dumped it on his neighbor’s lawn. He followed the car and got a plate #. It was 4 teenagers. He would like them  to handle. Area checked and unable to locate the car. Will attempt to speak with the owner of it. Spoke with the RP who was not looking to pursue anything he just wants to make sure this does not happen again. I spoke with his Mother who said her son was driving the car. I called the son and he said he would come to the station and speak with me. Spoke with son at the station and he admitted he was the one drivin and dragging the trash container down the street.

He said he is going to go and apologize to the person and make sure all the trash is picked up.

Narrative: This Rp came to the station as he has received 2 call claiming he over paid his electric bill and he can get a refund. The RP was advised this is a SCAM and he gave them no info.

Narrative: rp reporting that he drove by the lutheran church on cheney st and noticed two young girls playing on the playground and a male (white he believes early to middle age) sitting in a tan toyota pu with a cellphone and it looked like he was taking videos of them. Area was checked and no one located.
