Narrative: RP reports there is a car in front of her house that is broken down but it looks like it might have been in an accident. Cruiser dispatched will heading to OPE Main St, attempting to

locate the owner.  Same car that the mid shift located last night. Property
owners said it is okay for car to stay there for now. Located the owner who claimed the damage was already there
and she is working on getting it removed.

Narrative: RP IS AT THE STATION LOOKING TO SPEAK WITH AN OFFICER ABOUT ONGOING NEIGHBOR ISSUES.

Narrative: On arrival, RP advised that her neighbor, is harassing them again as this is starting to become an ongoing issue and want the incident on record as they will be going to ODC Monday morning to apply for an HPO. Same done.

Narrative:RP STATES SHE WITNESSED A MALE/FEMALE ALTERCATION AT ABOVE RESIDENCE. SAME STATES THERE WAS A WOMAN HOLDING A SMALL
CHILD AND TELLING HER CHILD THAT STATES NO WEAPONS BUT THE MALE WAS AGGRESSIVE. NO WEAPONS
SEEN, POSSIBLY ETOH. RP STATES THEY WERE GETTING OUT OF AN  SUV. RP NO LONGER IN THE AREA.

Upon arrival parties involved outside their residence on the porch. Spoke with both of them who advised they did have a verbal argument and were being loud, but have since

calmed down. Same advised they had been drinking.

Narrative   Rp advised a male subject entered their screened in porch and knocked on their door and stated he was homeless and was looking for work. The Rp described the subject as a white male, possibly in his 20’s, 5’7″, 5’8″ with brown hair. Last seen wearing Red Shorts, Black t-shirt and carrying a black pack pack. Rp advised he did not stop at any of her neighbors houses and was last seen walking in the direction of Hamshaw Lumber.

On arrival, the rp advised that the male party had entered the side screened in porch area and then knocked on the door looking for work to make some money. When told to leave, he left towards the area of Hamshaw Lumber. The area was searched, however negative contact. The rp was advised to perhaps set up some security measures as she was advised there was a male party standing across the street looking at the house a few days ago by a neighbor.

Narrative: RP ADV’SIMINMEWIM IS SHOOTING OF FIREWORKS AGAIN Spoke to     who admitted to lighting off one firework. He
was advised to stop as this was the second warning, and if we recieve any more calls he is subject to criminal action.
Also advised to not leave his small fire unattended or the FD will be called and he will be subject to fines.

Narrative:RP ADV’S he has been having an ongoing issue w/ people being on his property RP ADV’S today he was able to track footprints to a traileracross the lake.

Call was returned and Rp made no mention about tracking footprints but did say that he heard people on his property within the last half hour and they ran off.

Narrative: Located source of fireworks at a backyard gathering. Nobody owned up to doing the same. All were advised if another
response were to happen they are subject to criminal charges. Same stated “consider it done.” Area was continued to be monitored after clearing.
