(Franklin County, MA) A tropical storm warning has been issued for all of Western Massachusetts for Tuesday, August 4. Heavy winds, rain, possible tornadoes and possible flash flooding are expected. The warning will remain in effect from early to late afternoon tomorrow to midnight.
