(Bernardston, MA) This Saturday from 11-2 the Bernardston Vet’s Club will feature cooking from Uncle Phil’s Barbeque. 15% of the profits will go to Dick’s Angels Relay Team, which will ride as part of Baystate Franklin Medical Center’s Relay For Life. The proceeds from that event will go to benefit cancer patients and cancer research. On the menu will be ribs, pulled pork, burgers, hotdogs, and mac & cheese. Vets Club member Andy Parkinson said this event is important because many of the team members have had cancer or know someone close to them who has had cancer.
