(combined sources) Hadley is entering into talks with a new town administrator. According to Select Board Chairman David Fill, the board is entering into talks with Carolyn Brennan of Wilbraham. Brennan would succeed David Nixon as administrator. Brennan is the board’s second choice for the position and talks began after an agreement over non-salary benefits could not be reached with their first choice. Nixon, who has had the position since 2005 will stay onboard through the transition.
