(GILL) –A paving project will impact traffic next week in Gill. River Road is set to be paved next Tuesday, August 18. There will be no detours, but are advised to avoid that area if possible between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Greenfield Fire Department remembers 9/11 24 years later: “We will never forget”

On this 24th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks on America, the Greenfield Fire Department hosted a ceremony of remembrance at the fire station at 41 Main Street.

Fire Chief Robert Strahan addressed a small gathering of residents and GFD members. Strahan said September 11 this year was in some ways was very reminiscent of September 11, 2001.
