(Bernardston, MA) Bernardston Police are looking for a dark pickup truck with Vermont plates that is believed to be involved in the theft of highway signs. Officers responded to a report of a vehicle parked in the middle of the road sawing off a street sign. Officers responded and attempted to stop the truck but the truck fled at speeds reportedly more than twice the speed limit. According to Bernardston Police Chief James Palmeri, the officer disengaged the pursuit.
