(SHELBURNE) –A Shelburne man who left the scene of an accident on Monday night was found mid-day yesterday. At about 8:30PM on Monday, a single vehicle accident was reported close to the intersection of Route 2 and Old Greenfield Road in Shelburne. A passenger was at the scene, but the driver apparently left the vehicle and could not be found after a search by a K-9 unit. The man was found yesterday morning about 50 yards from the accident. He was taken to Baystate Franklin Medical Center with minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
