(Combined Sources) Easthampton Mayor Nicole LaChapelle has announced that Easthampton city and school offices will remain closed for the rest of 2020. The mayor cited the safety of city employees and the ongoing pandemic as reasons for the closure. All public buildings have been closed in Easthampton since March. LaChapelle said the closure will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
