(Deerfield, MA) An Erving man is being hauled into court on a slew of charges after an incident at the Red Roof Inn in Deerfield. Charges from the domestic incident include assault and battery on a family or household member, assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidation of a witness, juror, police officer, or court official, vandalism, strangulation or suffocation, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and disturbing the peace.
