Warrant Out For Shelburne Special Town Meeting

(SHELBURNE) –The Town of Shelburne has released the warrant for its upcoming Special Town Meeting. There are nine warrant articles, including one where voters will be asked to raise nearly $42,000 in taxes to supplement the Mohawk Trail Regional School District operating budget.

The special town meeting is set for Saturday, September 26th at 1:00 pm at the Buckland-Shelburne Elementary School.

Greenfield Fire Department remembers 9/11 24 years later: “We will never forget”

On this 24th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks on America, the Greenfield Fire Department hosted a ceremony of remembrance at the fire station at 41 Main Street.

Fire Chief Robert Strahan addressed a small gathering of residents and GFD members. Strahan said September 11 this year was in some ways was very reminiscent of September 11, 2001.
