(Combined Sources) The Carnegie Library in Turners Falls is now open by appointment only. The library on Avenue A has been closed since March but has offered a pick up and drop off service. Now citizens will be allowed to enter the library to take out books and use computers although there will be a cap on how many people will be allowed in the building. Visits will be limited to a half an hour and masks are mandatory.
