Western Massachusetts Towns Still Waiting For Power To Be Restored

(Franklin County, MA) The cleanup from Wednesday’s storm is still ongoing in the Pioneer Valley. While most towns have seen power restored, 16% of Eversource customers in Northfield and 20% in Shelburne are still without power. In Shutesbury, 89% of customers are still without power. Eversource announced yesterday that all power should be restored by Saturday, and brought crews in from as far away as Canada to help with the effort. For a current outage map, click here.
