MGM Resorts International wants to raise $750 Million to fund its operations by offering the same amount in senior notes. The ongoing coronavirus pandemic has limited operations at many MGM properties. Just last week, Massachusetts gaming regulators allowed roulette to return to the Springfield MGM location. This Thursday, the gaming commission will announce new monthly gross gaming revenue results.
