(Combined Sources) A report from the Communities that Care Coalition shows that teen vaping is down in Franklin County. In the most recent survey from this past February, 20 percent of students in 8th, 10thand 12th grade said that they had vaped within the last 30 days. That percentage is down from the 32% mark that was reported last year. The report also shows that substance use among teens is going down, not only in Franklin County and western Massachusetts, but for the country as a whole.
