(Combined Sources) Senior housing will be coming to North Main Street in Sunderland. Rural Development Inc has been awarded $6.9 million to help finance the project which would redevelop an existing house at 120 North Main Street and also construct a new building on the property. 33 senior apartments will be available when construction is completed.  Total cost for this project is expected to be around $13 million with funding coming from various sources.
