(Greenfield, MA) The Greenfield Town Council will meet tonight to discuss, among other items on the agenda, a reduction in the FY 2021 budget and the new $6 million fire station. The proposed reduction to the FY2021 budget is $370,000. The reduction will reduce fire fighter salaries and wages as well as expenditures. There will also be a vote on the property tax rate for commercial and residential properties, with a recommendation for a minimum residential factor of one.
