Narrative:  On call back, advised she sold a table to him for $200 and she hasn’t received the money for the table. In speaking with ****  he stated he has given her $50 already and was going to give                          her another $50 today as $100 was the agreed upon price. Both were advised that with there stories differing, that the matter is civil in nature and were provided there options going forward.

Narrative: RP INQUIRING WHEN QUIET HOURS BECAUSE HER UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR IS VACUUMING, WALKING LOUDLY AND KEEPS OPENING AND CLOSING THE SLIDER.
Narrative: Rp stated that Pine Crest rules state “quiet time” between 22:00-07:00. Advised if still an issue after 22:00 an officer will speak with the other tenant.

11/28/2020 1753: Called the Caller back and he mapped WIMP S Main, said his phone was in the cup holder and dialed out 911. He gave all info and denied the need for any emergency services.

On arrival, spoke with the RP who said the owner of then business gave Ogg a ride to his friend’s house. The RP wanted it logged that a couple of months ago imp broke the sink and he is suppose to be fixing              it and the owner is aware. The RP also claimed that 411. threw food at her today. Spoke with RP regarding options and she said she just wanted this logged and will be speaking with her attorney on Tuesday.

DOOR BACK. HE REPORTS HIS CHILD IS WITH HIS MOTHER 11/29/2020 1511: ALSO REC’D 911 CALL ADVISING UMW IS REFUSING TO GIVE HER BACK HER DAUGHTER, HE SPIT ON                         HER FRIEND AND SLAMMED THE DOOR IN HER FACE. RP DENIED THE NEED FOR AN AMB.
Narrative: responded and found disturbance occurring due to ex girlfriend and her friend trying to pick up her belongings. the friend, ****, was spoken with and remained outside while GF gathered belongings.
unable to pick up everything and may call for one more keep the peace in the following days. Both had different versions of being assaulted by the other and were advised of court option for assault and battery.

HE WAS ACROSS FROM THE FIRE DEPT, THEN LINE DISCONNECTED AGAIN. 3RD CALL BACK, NO ANSWER AND GOT AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT THE VOICEMAIL BOX HAS NOT BEEN                  SET UP. EMD ON SCENE. ADVISES NO INJURIES AND 29A2 MAY CANCEL. Narrative: Van vs Tractor on Wendell Depot Rd. No injury. Report taken.

WHILE ON THE LINE w/ANNINW,        ID#113 HAD ALREADY SIGNED OFF AT WALMART ON PORTABLE.  REQUESTED ID #113 WAIT OUTSIDE S THE MALE WAS APPROACHING THE SELF CHECK OUT AREA. ADVISED THE MALE SUBJECT THEN SAW ID#113 AND HEADED BACK INTO THE STORE.
