Narrative: Spoke to RP who claimed the truck was parked on her property. Same stated it has been on ongoing issue between the new neighbor as to where the property lines are. RP was advised unless she can provide us with proof of her property lines, that it is a civil issue. Same stated that she is going to have her land surveyed in January. RP also stated the other involved party removed her fence and was wondering what can be done. She was told that if she has pictures of where the fence once was and that after having the property surveyed it proves the fence was on her property she can take further action. Officers made many attempts to make contact with MIMI, before he eventually came to the door .4111111 stated there were people in his house and he could hear them talking. He showed a video recording of the alleged intruders on his phone but the video only contained audio of his dogs walking around. Officers checked the house and observed unhealthy living conditions throughout, four dogs also appeared to be living in unacceptable conditions. ACO to be contacted.
