Wendell Extends Police Agreement With Leverett

(Wendell, MA) The Town of Wendell has extended its agreement with the Leverett Police Department to continue providing policing services. The agreement started in October and the extension will continue until July 1^st. The agreement began after the retirement of the Wendell Police Chief last year. According to Leverett Chief Scott Minckler, Leverett Police are scheduling hours to patrol the town after responding to calls for service.
