(Northfield, MA) The Northfield EMS unit will now be responding to calls in the Millers Falls section of Erving. Earlier this week the Northfield Select board gave its approval to a proposal have its EMS team provide emergency services to the area which was once covered by AMR. The increase in call volume will mean more revenue for Northfield EMS which currently covers Northfield and Bernardston.
