(Boston, MA0 Today Governor Charlie Baker rescinded the mandatory early closure order he had placed on Massachusetts businesses. Businesses listed as part of Phase 3 Step 2 of the reopening plan must remain closed, however. Starting on January 25 at 5am, businesses can now open past 9:30pm. The Stay at Home Advisory is also lifted and will expire on January 25. The capacity and gathering limits, however, were extended to February 8.
