Narrative: RP ADVISING THAT THE NEIGHBORS ARE SLAMMING THINGS, BEING LOUD AND BELIEVES THAT THE NEIGHBORS ARE OR WERE HAVING A
PHYSICAL ALTERCATION. RP STATES THE FEMALE IN THE APT  133/127 responded and spoke with the female party in apartment. She explained that she had a verbal altercation with her boyfriend              who had left the apartment prior to our arrival. She denied the need for any police services.
