(undated) — Some good news today regarding COVID contagion rates in Franklin County. For the first time since December, no Franklin County or North Quabbin towns are in the commonwealth’s “red” or highest-risk COVID category. There are a handful of towns which are still considered to be in the “yellow” or higher-risk category. They are Athol, Deerfield, Greenfield, Montague and Orange.
