Location/Address: [ORA] FAIRMAN RD Narrative: Rp advises there is a disturbance in the upstairs apartment. She advised she hears yelling and screaming and also 2 loud crashes. Rp also mentioned there is a 5 yo and 15 yo on scene.
Narrative: Officers made contact and the parties advised that they were just arguing while they were at opposite ends of the house. Officers informed them that they could be heard screaming from outside of the home and that they needed to quiet down because they were disturbing the neighbors. Both parties explained it was just verbal.

On arrival, I spoke with children who explained how their father, had left to go get some food.
