RP was able to walk past the truck with her walker, on said
sidewalk, with no issues to meet me and voice her concern.
It was explained that I did not see any issue with the
parking complaint as the sidewalk was passable without
issue. RP tried to argue saying it is supposed to be a “two
way” sidewalk and stated I was siding with the owner of the
vehicle because I must be friends or relatives with same,
which was false. It was explained that management needs to
be contacted. 127 responded last night to the same complaint
and saw no issue with the parking of the truck. Also while
on scene, the vehicle parked directly next to the initial
complaint vehicle was parked almost the same way and RP had
no complaint about that one. TR
