Narrative: Rp advises she was cleaning her vehicle is started to smoke. She was advised to move away from the vehicle.
Narrative: 01/27/2021 0947: Command advises they are under control mopping up. Narrative: 01/27/2021 1009: 29-3 requested Jim’s, no answer. Dale’s
will be en route for the vehicle. Narrative: Officers stood by while FD put out the flames.

Narrative: Rp advised of a black or dark gray small compact seen driving with a trash bag on it’s roof. Subject was last seen E River st heading towards Daniel Shays.
Highway observed the vehicle taking a left onto Daniel Shays heading towards Athol. Athol Disp also advised.
