(Turners Falls, MA) A young teenager was airlifted to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield after sustaining a head injury while riding his bicycle. The 14 year old was struck by a car near 5th street. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident but was alert when the ambulance arrived at the scene.
