FRANKLIN COUNTY, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — 147 animals were removed from a Franklin County property on April 16th and the MSPCA is waiving its adoption fees in hopes of having 120 animals adopted this weekend at Nevins Farm in Methuen.
The investigation into the animals’ former owner is ongoing and no further information was available at this time from MSPCA officials.
