(Greenfield, MA) Another swatting incident occurred yesterday at a Greenfield school, and other Massachusetts schools.
According to the Greenfield Police Department, at approximately 11 a.m. Tuesday dispatch received a call of a potential threat of a person with a gun at an unspecified school in the City. Greenfield Police responded to all secondary schools to ensure everyone was safe.
Greenfield Police are working with state and federal agencies to investigate the incident further. Similar swatting calls were reported throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island Tuesday, all were found to be hoaxes.
