(Boston, MA) Yesterday marked the second step in Phase One of Governor Charlie Baker’s four phase reopening plan for Massachusetts. Lab spaces, offices, hair salons, car washes, pet groomers, and retail stores were allowed to open, with restrictions. Offices are limited to 25% capacity, hair salons must operate on an appointment only basis, and retail shops must use curbside pickup.
