BRATTLEBORO, VT (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) —Â On Thursday, the Greenfield Fire Department assisted in the chimney fire at a residence on Halladay Brook Road in Brattleboro, Vermont.
With the residence being outside of the hydrant district and flames visible from the roof, mutual assistance was called in from the region. Crews fought the fire aggressively and extinguished it within an hour.
No injuries were reported; all residents and their dog made it safely out of the house.
