COVID 19 Cases Eclipse 15,000 in Massachusetts

(BOSTON, MA) — The number of Massachusetts residents who have died from COVID 19 now stands at 356. The State Department of Public Health says there are now 15,202 cases statewide, including 1,356 confirmed in one day on Tuesday. The next Mass DPH update is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. Wednesday.

Greenfield Fire Department remembers 9/11 24 years later: “We will never forget”

On this 24th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks on America, the Greenfield Fire Department hosted a ceremony of remembrance at the fire station at 41 Main Street.

Fire Chief Robert Strahan addressed a small gathering of residents and GFD members. Strahan said September 11 this year was in some ways was very reminiscent of September 11, 2001.
