WINCHESTER, NH (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — A four alarm brush fire broke out in Winchester, New Hampshire calling in mutual aid from the Warwick Fire Department and 26 other regional agencies.
The drought from last fall is still impacting the region, allowing fires to catch and spread more quickly than under normal circumstances.
This brush fire has burned over 40 acres and fire units will be returning to it this morning.
