(Boston, MA) Today Governor Charlie Baker announced a new website meant to take complaints from the public regarding businesses that are not in compliance with the COVID-19 reopening guidelines. The new website, mass.gov/compliance, is available to the public and employees, who will be able to report businesses using this website or the 211 COVID-19 hotline. A complaint may result in an investigation and/or enforcement measures and fines.

“We are deeply grateful for the cooperation of our employer community and so many others” said Baker.

Today Boston enters Phase Three of the reopening process. The rest of Massachusetts entered Phase Three on June 6.
