(Greenfield, MA) Small businesses with fewer than five employees can now receive a $10,00 grant from the City of Greenfield. 24 other municipalities in Franklin County have received similar federal funding to cushion the economic blow from COVID-19. The $690,000 in funds from the Community Development Block Grant will help create the Regional Microenterprise Assistance Program to help businesses with documented losses suffered from the economic shut down in March of 2020 caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
