GREENFIELD, MA (FRANKLIN COUNTY NOW) — 9-1-1 Emergency service has been restored statewide after an outage earlier Tuesday afternoon.
The state Executive Office of Public Safety and Security said service was restored as of about 3:48 p.m.
The cause of the disruption is not known at this time, but is under investigation by state officials.
